Serenity Phase III & IV

Development Information

Serenity at Heritage Pointe is a thoughtfully planned residential community that builds on the established character of Heritage Pointe. With Phase 1 and 2 nearing completion, Phases 3 and 4 continue the vision of a high-quality, low-impact neighbourhood that prioritizes long-term livability, environmental stewardship, and seamless integration with the surrounding landscape. These phases focus on enhancing connectivity, preserving natural features, and delivering a cohesive extension of the community that aligns with the broader planning framework for the area.

To bring this community to life, RareBuilt Homes is applying to Foothills County to develop Serenity Phase III & IV . The application includes an Area Structure Plan (ASP) Amendment and Land Use Redesignation Application. The ASP Amendment is required to update the existing Heritage Pointe ASP and provide a vision for a new hamlet residential development within the Hamlet of Heritage Pointe to guide Serenity III & IV development. The Land Use Redesignation application proposes to redesignate the site from Country Residential (CR) District to Residential Community (RC) District, Residential Multi-Family (RMF) District, Environmental Reserve (ER) District, Municipal Reserve (MR) District, and Public Utility Lot (PUL) District.
